9-10.30 Introduction: round of introduction, short intro to RE with information on the elicitation techniques that will be used (Design Thinking and Task-driven Approach), presentation of the problem by the stakeholders
10.30-11 Coffee Break
11-12.30 Goal Elicitation: presentation of the requirements we have gathered so far, elicitation sessions with the different stakeholders with a focus on high-level goals and needs
12.30-14 Lunch
14-14.15 Innovation Session: elicitation activities with a focus on innovative aspects that go beyond stakeholders' needs

14.15-15:30 Elicitation: elicitation activities, performed in two groups. One group will use Design Thinking, and the other group will use the Task-driven Approach.
15.30-16 Coffee Break
16-17:00 Train the Trainer Session: session for the technique leaders to train others on their elicitation technique
17:00-17.30 Integration, Wrap-up and Feedback: elicitation activities oriented towards the integration and consolidation of the information gathered so far, wrap-up and planning for the next days

Continuous Elicitation and Hackathon

11-12:30 RE Cares Hackathon Session 1: design and development of a prototype

16-17:15 RE Cares Hackathon Session 2: design and development of a prototype

Note that the hackathon room will be open all day and participants can assist during any of the RE sessions on August 23rd (after the keynote). The above sessions are the "official" sessions with organizers present.

A parallel design thinking hackathon for an IoT solution to the RE Cares problem will take place all three days at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art. Five students will participate.
